My diet journey has been a long one – I’ve tried so many fad diets it’s hard to count.
From doing Keto, cleanses, eating 1000 calories a day, the list goes on and on. NOTHING worked for me! I would always see a 1- 2 pound difference on the scale, but then it would go back up shortly after.
I have always been super active my whole life, whether it be playing sports or going to the gym at least 3-4 times a week. When I say going to the gym, I don’t mean just lifting a couple 5 pound dumbbells or walking casually on a treadmill – I bust my butt doing boot camp classes burning at least 600-700 calories a workout!
Yet, my hard work at the gym and what I thought was a healthy diet never translated on the scale. I’m sure some of you can relate to the frustrations I have had my whole life!
