We’ve all been there: You drop some pounds only to gain it back, with interest. So many weight loss programs out there profit by convincing you this is the way to lose weight. But if you rely on these methods two things are going to happen:

  1. You will perpetuate a preoccupation with food and weight that keeps you from enjoying life’s great pleasures.
  1. Your body will gain the weight back and then some! In fact, 97% of dieters regain everything they lost and then some within three years. 

And if you’ve tried these methods and the results didn’t last, I need to tell you IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT. These systems are NOT set up for success. Because the real problem is that the old way of extreme dieting to lose weight doesn’t work… 

…And when you continue to diet over and over again it makes the problem worse because you deprive yourself for a little while, lose a few pounds, but then fall off the wagon because these diets aren’t sustainable and the weight comes back!

I’m Lindsey

I'm a certified nutritionist dedicated to helping busy Moms lose weight and, most importantly, maintain it for the rest of their lives.

I did not get to where I am overnight. Not by any means. The truth is I spent my whole life being overweight. I struggled with extreme dieting and disordered eating for 10+ years.
I did every diet out there (I always joke that I have a black-belt in dieting). But every time I would lose the weight, I would inevitably gain it back.
And then finally I said “enough is enough, there has to be a better way” and I devoted my professional life to learning about nutrition.
And you know what?
I was finally able to lose weight and keep it off...
That was until... I got pregnant and everything changed.
I realized that the methods I had found success with didn’t work after I became a mother and so I developed the Nourish System.
I have helped hundreds of mamas achieve food freedom and now I want to share this knowledge with you.

A 12-week weight loss coaching program specifically for busy, ambitious, do-it-all moms, customized to your body type and tailored to your busy lifestyle. Nourished System OnDemand

Following the same 12-week structure of our flagship program, Nourished: The Weight Loss System for Busy Moms, Nourished System OnDemand is created for the busy mom who is a self-starter and prefers to go at her own pace. This program is perfect for women who don't struggle with staying on track or need accountability and support.  

Nourished Maintenance Coaching

Intention and Outcome Setting and Creating Your Customized Plan
Starting with the end in mind, we first establish what your vision for your life as this new healthy version of yourself looks like and work backwards to re-engineer your daily intentions and create a customized plan. These beautiful trainings help to expand your goals and show you how to create the space and time for you to achieve them.
Nutrition Training and Mindset Priming

Dieting doesn’t work. In fact 80% of people who go on a diet regain the weight back, with interest. The theory goes like this: If other diets have failed, it’s because you’ve been doing it all wrong. But that is not the case. You simply haven’t received the strategies and tools you need to know how to master your metabolism without following a meal plan or tracking your food on apps. Together we’ll determine the nutrition gaps that need to be filled and unlock the limiting beliefs that are slowing down your momentum so that you can let go of old habits and behaviours and embrace lasting food freedom. 

Unlimited Coaching and Support
